The flight simulator building is accessible from the parking lot. It has 3 floors accessible by stairs:
- Ground Floor: outdoor access, reception hall, classrooms, flight simulators for Boeing 757 and Cessna Citation, andtechnical room.
- First Floor: offices, kitchen areas, and ramp access to the simulators.
- Second Floor: offices and classes.
