Aeronautical Training

• The Part 145 Regulation, establishes the requirements for Maintenance Organizations, Adopted as Annex II to EC Regulation Nº. 2042/2003 of 20 November 2003, “ on continuing airworthiness of aircraft and aeronautical products, parts and appliances, and on the approval of organisations and personnel involved in these tasks “.

• The course offered, provides an overview of the EASA regulations as part of the international legal framework, the requirements established in the standards, its Acceptable Means of Compliance AMC and Guidance Materials GM associated, so that , attendees will have and accurate knowledge of requirements , their reason and origin and how to demonstrate compliance.It also will address how the Spanish Civil Aviation AESA applies these regulations, the processes, procedures, documents and the structure involved, so the attendees also know the processing of applications to the Authority. For organizations located outside the EU, the participants will know the procedures, guidelines the European Agency applied to the initial and continuing evaluation for Organizations 145, for which the central EASA is the competent Authority

• Also studies of European Safety Agency its structure, functions and responsibilities and the role that National Authorities play in this community. The course is structured, both in content and time, which can be used by participants to credit training to the Civil Aviation Authority.

• Gain practical knowledge of EASA Part 145 requirements, related to Maintenance Organizations.

• Professionals who develop their activity in EASA Part 145 maintenance organizations, UE OPS Air Operators and Non Transport Commercial Operators ( Aerial Works ) , Continuing Airworthiness Management Organizations CAMO and, in general professionals who need to know the way the European Union has regulated organizations dedicated to the maintenance of aeronautical equipment and materials.
