Aeronautical Training

• Regulation 2042 establishes applicable requirements for the Aircraft Maintenance, Organisations and Staff. Annex I of this Regulation: Part M defines the conditions for the Continuous Airworthiness. In this part it is defined the Organisations that may perform the maintenance of aircrafts; in particular, for those that are not used in commercial transport, the maintenance must be performed in Maintenance Organisations approved under subpart F.

• This course provides a review of the requirements established in the standard, their Acceptable Methods of Compliance, so that the participants have an exact knowledge of each one of the requirements established and of the manner to accredit its compliance.

• In addition it will discuss the manner in which the Spanish Civil Aviation applies this regulation, the processes, procedures, documents, and units involved so that the participants also know the procedure for the applications before the Authority.

• This course will also study the existence of the EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency), its structure, functions, and responsibilities, as well as the role that National Authorities have to perform in this new community environment.

• This course has been structured, both in contents and in time, so that it may also be used by the participants to accredit the training in this matter before the Civil Aviation Authority.

Course objetive:

• Obtain a practical knowledge of the requirements established in the EASA regulation Subpart F, relative to maintenance organisations.

• Professionals that perform their activity in maintenance organisations, in Air Operators, EU OPS, JAR OPS 3, CAMO centres, Maintenance Technicians and, in general, at all those professionals that, due to their activity, need to know the manner in which the European Union has regulated the organisations devoted to the maintenance of aeronautical material.
