• This course is designed to satisfy the training needs of the airport handling agents’ safety managers and of its key personnel, offering a basic training in the concepts of an SMS and the implementation of the Safety Monitoring Program required by the airport operator.

• Safety managers, chiefs of departments and safety officers of the companies providing services in airports, as well as all those that share responsibility in the management of safety in their companies.
