• The Documentation System for Ground Operations and ISAGO has been created to assist Ground Service Agents and implement a Documentary Control System to allow them to meet the requirements of airlines and regulators regarding processes and policy documents.

• With this course, Ground Service Agents shall learn about documentary organization, planning processes, procedures, distribution and processes ownership and documentation, which are also covered by this course. In addition, for Ground Service Providers ascribed to the family ISAGO, ITDI (Institute for Training and Development IATA) offers participants the acquisition of knowledge about the philosophy of the criteria. In this workshop, emphasis is placed on audit preparation, Interval Analysis, audit procedures, on-site corrective action plans and audit closure. The purpose of this course is, therefore, to help Ground Service Agents and other staff, to meet the documentary requirements and complete their ISAGO audits.

• After passing the course attendees will receive an accreditation certificate from SENASA and other IATA.

• To develop and to implement Documentary Control System to meets the strong an Airline's strong requirements.

• To develop and communicate a policy on quality.

• To become acquainted the planning process and procedures development.

• To design and iimplement a documentary correction control, distribution processes and ISAGO records.

• To understand ISAGO standards and recommended practices.

• To become acquainted with the preparation of an audit, Interval Analysis, Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plans.

• To become acquainted with the purpose of monitoring, the findings and observations, and with an Audit Closure.
