With the publication of the regulation JAR-OPS 3, it is established the operating conditions that are mandatory by those operators who wish to obtain a permit for public transport (Air Operator Certificate - AOC); likewise, it is regulated as Public Transport certain works that were previously included within the Aerial Work permits.
This course will focus on the operating conditions of all these, the type of operations under JAR-OPS 3, the conditions that are established as especial authorizations and their issuance.
It also intends to inform of the administrative procedure for issuing an AOC as well as its renewal or variation.
