SENASA’s has acquired a firm commitment with quality, which is given away by own initiative with the implementation of various systems on quality management in some cases or demanded by international regulations in other cases.
The quality policy gathers the intentions of SENASA for complying with the applicable ruling as well as satisfying the requirements demanded by clients, by promoting actions for a continuous improvement of developed processes for objective achievement.
Efforts from SENASA’s staff in order to provide quality services are rewarded by the obtained certifications, which guarantee the adequacy of quality management systems to the ISO 9001:2000 decree as well as to the different aeronautical norms, which govern all organization activities.

CERTIFICATIONS AWARDED TO SENASA

 JAR-FCL (FTO)
(Flight Crew Licensing - Flight Training Organization) is focused on regulating those organizations dedicated to pilot training. This Certification has been obtained by the Flight Simulators Centre for its theoretical and practical flight training.

JAR-STD
(Synthetic Training Devices) addressed to ensure the good operation of simulators, maintenance and their technical management. There a JAR-STD certification for each of the simulators located at the Flight Simulator’s centre (B-757 y CITATION III)

EASA PART 145
(Former JAR 145), which governs maintenance of aircraft maintenance centres. Certification obtained by the Salamanca’s Aircraft Maintenance Centre.

AIRCRAFT PRIVATE PILOTS TRAINING SCHOOL
Authorization obtained by the Ocaña’s Aviation Centre according to the compliance of articles 79 and 80 of the law 48/1960, of July 21st, on Air Navigation and to the order from the Ministry of transport, Tourism and Communications of December 30th 1985 (B.O.E of 21/01/1986), by which gliding is regulated.Authorization obtained by Ocaña’s Aviation Centre according to the compliance of the Royal decree 270/2000 of February 25th and to the order of March 21st of 2000: JAR-FCL 1.055 and 1.125.

AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE CENTRE
Authorization obtained by the Ocaña’s Sport Aviation Centre according to the compliance with the Circular instructions of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, which regulate aircraft maintenance centres (Instruction circulars 31-01 to 31-03 and 31-05 to 31-08).
