Madrid is the main headquarters of the Organization and is located in the immediate vicinity of Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport. The facilities are designed to house the air traffic simulators (tower, route, approach and CBT classrooms ) and flight simulators as well as the offices and the classrooms for the courses. Is equipped with unique state-of- the- art facilities for the delivery of the ATM courses that make up initial simulation environments in terms of configurable airspaces or airports and simulation exercises.
In 2011 SENASA obtained accreditation from ICAO as a TRAINAIR PLUS associated training center.
The unit of aircraft maintenance of Salamanca, located in the airbase of Matacán, has the mission to conduct activities in support of the DGAC, to the EGNOS project, the ADS project and to schools of pilots, providing maintenance services and aircraft belonging to its fleet.
The organization and facilities of the Center, CEMASS, has obtained the qualification of ISO 9001 Certified Company.
This quality level allows the Center to carry out the maintenance of the fleet of the pilot school for Adventia , the C-90 aircraft of the Air Force, as well as to provide service to other clients such as Inaer, Aeroruta or SVA.
