OUR EXPERTISE

SENASA is a state trading company whose main tasks comprise the execution of inspections, audits, certifications, standardization, technical studies and environmental impact assessments.

In the framework of the Aviation Safety Directorate, SENASA gathers a technical consultancy team with a high level of expertise in design and certification of aeronautical products, including international programs and training to foreign NAA (National Aviation Authorities), airlines and operators.

 

OUR CAPABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE

Support to the Spanish Civil Aviation Regulatory Body (AESA) on Flight Operations in three areas:

DANGEROUS GOODS CONSULTANCY

OUR EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES

  • Development and preparation for NAA´s of the “Inspection Procedure to ensure compliance with the regulations concerning the safe transport of dangerous goods by air”. Operators Safety Inspections, audits and reports
  • Advising the directorates of Flight Safety for NAA
  • Air Operator Certificate (A.O.C), special authorization E-11 starts up emission, and renewal and continued surveillance. Operation Manuals. Evaluation and approval
  • Analysis of the incidents involving the transport of dangerous goods by air, and the notifications about the undeclared or miss declared ones, reported to AESA
  • Participating on behalf Spanish Authorities, to the meetings of the working group of Dangerous Goods European Liaison Group, (DGELG)
  • Member of Spanish Delegations to the ICAO Dangerous Goods Panel (DGP) Meeting of the working group of the whole
  • Member of the Subcommittee on Transportation of Dangerous Goods by air from the Ministry of Transportation, Mobility and Urban Agenda

  • SENASA is approved by Spanish Civil Aviation Regulatory Body (AESA) as Training Centre of Dangerous Goods for Initial and recurrent training programs, available courses for categories 6,7,8,9,10,11 and 12 based in the ICAO standards
