For several weeks, candidates and tenderers for public contracts have been receiving fraudulent emails in which either the identity of the Public Sector Procurement Platform (PLACSP), or that of the Head of the Contracting Body (ROC) is being impersonated, in order for the successful bidder to deposit the final guarantee in a bank account or issue the corresponding invoice and send it to the ROC for review.
The last known casuistry is the impersonation of the PLACSP, by means of an email for the reactivation of the registered user account destined for economic operators, in order for them to click on a link to conclude the process.
We must remind that the PLACSP only sends emails to economic operators from any of the following accounts: contrataciondelestado@hacienda.gob.es, licitacionE@hacienda.gob.es, licitacionEorganismos@hacienda.gob.es, soporteplacsp@hacienda.gob.es, mailcontrataciondelestado@hacienda.gob.es, subscripciones_contrataciondelestado@hacienda.gob.es.
If an email has been received from a different email address, please send it as an attachment to licitacionE@hacienda.gob.es and do not carry out any of the actions indicated.
In the following link, you can download a file detailing some of the cases of fraudulent emails detected.
