Madrid, January 21st, 2019
SENASA’s headquarters in Madrid will host, from 19 to 21 February, an edition of the course “Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems – ATM Integration”, taught by the Institute of Air Navigation Services (IANS) of Eurocontrol for the first time in Spain. The objective of this training is to identify the problem and to know how the integration of RPAS operations in European airspace and its airports is being addressed.
RPAS are undoubtedly the new airspace users par excellence and civil use is growing very fast. Therefore, this course pays special attention to the impact that this integration will have on the future of European aviation and the technological changes that will make it possible, both in the RPAS themselves and on the ground facilities.
Other fundamental aspects will also be discussed, such as Very Low Level Operations (VLL), military civil coordination, the application of the European data protection law or liability and insurance.
The course, which will be taught in English, is mainly aimed at drone operating companies, ATC service providers, manufacturers and professionals of the industry, civil and military aviation authorities and State security forces, among other professional groups.
All the information related to the program can be consulted and the registration to attend it can be done on SENASA’s website.
