The Minister of Public Works, José Luis Ábalos, has inaugurated the exhibition "Land, Water, Air: Infrastructure, Transport and Housing at the Service of Spanish Society", which can be visited in the La Arquería de Nuevos Ministerios room (Paseo de la Castellana , 67) until December 14th, 2018.
The exhibition, organized by the Ministry of Public Works and produced by the ENAIRE Foundation, is framed within the commemorative events of the 40th anniversary of the Spanish Constitution. It aims to bring the public closer to the work that the Ministry of Public Works, and its dependent agencies and State companies, have been doing since 1978 up to the present, as well as ongoing actions and future projects.
The Minister of Public Works highlighted the contribution of aeronautical, road, rail and port infrastructures to the progress and modernization of Spain, in terms of territorial structuring, social cohesion, mobility, connectivity, solidarity, inclusive growth and sustainable development.
The Minister of Public Works, who was accompanied by the President of SENASA during his visit to the exhibition, stopped at the panel that recognized SENASA's contribution to the development and modernization of the aeronautical sector from its creation in 1990 until the present moment.
