PRINCIPLES GOVERNING THE INTERNAL INFORMATION SYSTEM
The principles governing the Internal Information System and the management of SENASA's Complaints and Reports Box are as follows:
This Complaints and Reports Box is established as the preferred system for the communication of alleged administrative infractions and criminal conduct in SENASA, however, in any case, such complaints may be submitted in parallel to the External Information System of the Independent Authority for the Protection of Informants, as well as, where appropriate, to any other administrative or judicial authorities.
