SENASA presents a new training offer for Air Traffic Control professionals. During the Open Doors Day, held at SENASA's headquarters, new courses characteristics were presented for Initial Air Traffic Control delivered by SENASA’s Air Traffic Control School throughout the next months.
This training offer includes two new courses in its catalogue: Initial Tower, Approach and Area Control Training -Full Rating- and Initial Approach and Area Control Training -Module 2, in accordance with the European Regulation 340/2015.
Registrations for this new training offer will be available from 23rd June to 7th July, 2023 through the SENASA website. The courses, which will last between 27 and 47 school weeks, depending on each course, will start in mid-July 2023.
Air Control students who successfully complete this training will be able to obtain the following ratings:
Both itineraries include GMS endorsement training (ADI/ADV control rating).
SENASA, in its commitment to the most effective and quality training, also offers all its students enrolled in these courses the possibility of carrying out specific training prior to placement in the destination unit, so that they achieve an excellent specific training focused on the correspondent destination. Since 1995, more than 2,500 national air controller students and another 1,000 international students have attended SENASA's classrooms, being trained in tower and radar replica simulators equipped with SACTA technology, used by ENAIRE.
In addition to Air Control training, SENASA is a benchmark in training, consulting and specialized technical assistance in areas such as safety and security, air navigation, meteorology, airports, environment and everything related to the incipient UAS industry. All this has allowed SENASA to establish itself as a national and international reference in consultancy and technical training in the aeronautical sector.
