SENASA participates in the Forum for Innovation, Talent and Aerospace Education, FITEA, held on 29th, 30th and 31st October in Madrid, organized by Virtual Educa and Ellas Vuelan Alto. It is a meeting point for professionals and young talents of the industry, organised with the aim of promoting the employability of the aerospace sector.
In this event, which featured a programme of presentations and practical workshops, SENASA presented its experience in the fields of air mobility, air traffic control training, innovation and sustainability in aircraft and drone piloting instruction.
In terms of job opportunities and professional access to careers in the aeronautical sector, SENASA also participated in the recruiting café, a forum to promote professional opportunities and contacts from the Human Resources area of large companies in the sector.
In its desire to support innovation and entrepreneurial initiatives, SENASA also presented the AeroStartUp Vanguard Award, a recognition of the audacity and vision of startups to create solutions that promote the exploration of space for the benefit of humanity. The award, presented by the President and CEO of SENASA, Andrés Arranz, went to the CRISALION Mobility project. This is a sustainable and innovative proposal that combines technology with the aim of improving the transport of people using electric energy.
In this first edition, FITEA has established itself as a showcase for innovation and talent in the aerospace sector, promoting the visibility of women in science. Sara García Alonso, biomedical doctor and reserve astronaut of the European Space Agency (ESA), was the patron of this first event where she contributed her experience and knowledge in aerospace exploration.
