Course Objectives:

To present the following topics in order to facilitate authorization and operation processes for the designers and the aerodrome operators:

  • Authorization of the aerodromes and heliports.
  • Standards and acceptable means of compliance.
  • Contents of the aeronautical technical documents required for the authorization.
  • Double purpose and contents of the safety studies, including a case study.
  • Responsibilities of the aerodrome managers.

Addressed to:

  • Engineering companies designers of infrastructures and supporters of the developers during the authorization/certification process. Aerial works operators: HEMS, wild fire fighting, MRO, ATO, agricultural works, sightseeing flights, marine search and rescue, etc. Public authorities that provide services from these infrastructures: health, environment, security, marine and fisheries, etc. Owners and operators of aerodromes and heliports: individuals, aero clubs, companies, town and regional councils, etc.
