SORXP_SAFETY OCURRENCE REPORTING FOR PRACTITIONERS (TRAINAIR PLUS)

 

Civil aviation organizations are moving towards proactive schemes focused on accident prevention by the analysis of relevant captured safety data.

Aviation community is encouraged to report, collect, analyze and exchange safety data to achieve improvements. Proactive and performance-based approaches are under implementation by organizations as part of their Safety Management Systems and State Safety Programs.

This course has been developed by SENASA to provide the applicable regulatory and practical material for the management of Safety Occurrence Reporting and Analysis systems, together with practical skills to make better use of tools and methodologies for safety data exploitation and is offered to the Aviation Community on a regular basis in our facilities in Madrid (Spain) and through TRAINAIR PLUS Centers. External on-site delivery also available upon request.

SENASA is an accredited TRAINAIR PLUS Center since November 2011.

Course objectives:

  • Achieve the required knowledge, skills and competences necessary to gather, manage and analyze safety report within SMS/SSP frameworks.
  • Provide a global view of Occurrence Reporting Systems
    and their relationship with Safety Management Systems and State Safety Programs.
  • Review applicable international regulations.
  • Familiarize methodologies used for safety reports management, analysis and safety performance monitoring.
  • Describe international standardized taxonomies and supporting tools.
  • Extract relevant basic bibliography and references to
    allow continued awardness of state of the art on these matters.

Addressed to:

  • Staff employed in Safety Occurrence Reporting Systems and/or involved in the capture, processing and analysis of safety reports.
  • Personnel involved in SMS/SSP functions.

Technical requeriments virtual mode

  • Cable connection preferably to avoid connection failures
  • MANDATORY webcam and headphones connected throughout the course (not use pc speaker to avoid coupling sound)
