MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS WITH FAA, TCCA AND ANAC APPROVAL

Course objective:

  • The objective of this course is to provide knowledge on bilateral agreements between the European authority EASA and their counterparts in the United States (FAA), Canada (TCCA) and Brazil (ANAC) in maintenance organizations with EASA approval Part 145 and intend/have approvals of those authorities.
  • These bilateral agreements allow organizations with EASA Part 145 approval request and have authorization to perform maintenance on aircraft/engines/APUs/components under the FAA, TCCA and ANAC approval.
  • This course is also useful for operators, CAMOs and individuals that have aircrafts registered in these countries (USA, Canada and Brazil) or importing aircraft from these countries. It is also useful in subcontracted organizations of maintenance organizations with such approvals.
  • The course allows obtaining knowledge on bilateral agreements and especially for initial certification, renewal of approval, preparation of supplements to the MOE and audits performance.
  • It is also addressed to Managers, Maintenance Managers, personnel involved in maintenance, personnel performing airworthiness reviews, staff performing maintenance control, Quality Managers, auditors or any professional or future professional interested in acquiring knowledge on bilateral agreements EASA-FAA, EASA-TCCA and EASA-ANAC.

  • EASA Part 145 Maintenance Organizations who aim/have approval:
FAA (USA Aviation Authority) to perform maintenance under the North American regulation 14 CFR Part 145 and according the EU-US bilateral agreement. TCCA (Canadian Aviation Authority) to perform maintenance under Canadian regulation CAR 573 and EU-Canada bilateral agreement. ANAC (Brazilian Aviation Authority) to perform maintenance under Brazilian regulation RBAC 43 and 145 and according to the EU-Brazil bilateral Agreement.
  • Subcontracts Organizations of EASA Part 145 maintenance organizations approved with:
FAA 14 CFR Part 145. TCCA CAR 573. ANAC RBAC 43 and 145.
  • Aircraft operators who have in its fleet aircrafts with registration: North American (Nxxxxx), Canadian (C-xxxx) and Brazilian (PP-xxx, PR-xxx, PS-xxx and PT-xxx).
  • Continuous Airworthiness Management Organizations (CAMOs) who controls aircrafts with registration: North American (Nxxxxx), Canadian (C-xxxx) and Brazilian (PP-xxx, PR-xxx, PS-xxx and PT-xxx).
  • Air operators importing Aircraft registered: North American (Nxxxxx), Canadian (C-xxxx) and Brazilian (PP-xxx, xxx-PR, PS-xxx-xxx and PT).
  • Individuals who own registered aircrafts in: North America (Nxxxxx), Canada (C-xxxx) and Brazil (PP-xxx, xxx-PR, PS-xxx-xxx and PT).
  • Aviation Authorities who:
Approve organizations in accordance with the bilateral agreement EASA-FAA, EASA-TCCA and EASA-ANAC. Exercise oversight in organizations in accordance with the bilateral agreement EASA-FAA, EASA-TCCA and EASA-ANAC.
  • Managers, Maintenance Managers and other personnel involved in maintenance or performing maintenance control in organization with approval:
EASA Part 145 and FAA 14 CFR Part 145. EASA Part 145 and TCCA CAR 573. EASA Part 145 and ANAC RBAC 43 y 145.
  • Quality Manager and auditors who audit organizations who performs maintenance according:
EASA Part 145 and FAA 14 CFR Part 145. EASA Part 145 and TCCA CAR 573. EASA Part 145 and ANAC RBAC 43 y 145.
  • Any professional or future professional interested in gaining knowledge about bilateral agreement EASA-FAA, EASA-TCCA and EASA-ANAC.
