SMS - APPROVED TRAINING ORGANIZATION (ATO). SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

The Safety Management System (SMS) is a systematic approach to improving safety performance in ATOs in accordance with ICAO, EASA and EASA regulations.

Course Objectives:

Introduce the concepts and basic methods for Safety Management, in accordance with applicable regulations (ICAO, EASA and AESA).
Introduce the organizational requirements for the implementation of Safety Management Systems.
Ensure a correct interpretation of the requirements implemented through the applicable regulations.
Provide understanding of the processes associated to Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance.
Practical application through real cases to facilitate the understanding of the above mentioned processes.

Safety managers, Instruction officers and quality managers employed by ATOs
In general, professionals whose daily duties demand knowledge and practice of safety management in aviation training organizations

MANDATORY webcam and headphones connected throughout the course (not use pc speaker to avoid coupling sound)
