EVIDENCE BASED TRAINING (EBT)

This course covers the processes and knowledge required to be able to introduce an evidence-based training programme within an airline keeping in mind the regulators (NAAs) perspective. The attendees will learn how to develop and implement the different EBT modules. We will present basic EBT concepts, and look into the regulation and basic literature available on it.

• Learn about the EBT regulatory sources and their contents.
• Introduce EBT teaching techniques. Standardization
• Develop the pedagogical and methodological means required by the EBT teaching method
• Establish the relationship between the regulations of operations and licenses in this matter
• Acquire the theoretical & practical knowledge for the maintenance of licenses and qualifications with this system.

• Directors of operations and responsible for training and licensing of air operators.
• Head of teaching (HT) responsible for theoretical and flight training (CTKI and CFI) of the training centers in general.
• Personnel of the licensing systems and operations of the National Authority. (NAA’s)

• Cable connection preferably to avoid connection failures
• MANDATORY webcam and headphones connected throughout the course (not use pc speaker to avoid coupling sound)
