SMS - CAMO AND 145 ORGANIZATIONS. SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
- The Safety Management System (SMS) is a systematic approach to improving safety performance in MROs in accordance with ICAO, EASA and EASA regulations.
Course objective:
- Introduce the concepts and basic methods for Safety Management, in accordance with applicable regulations (ICAO, EASA and AESA).
- Introduce the organizational requirements for the effective implementation of Safety Management Systems.
- Ensure a correct interpretation of the requirements implemented through the applicable regulations.
- Provide understanding of the processes associated to Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance.
- Practical application through real cases to facilitate the understanding of the above mentioned processes.
