FUEL TANK SAFETY PHASE 2 - INITIAL

Course objective:

  • Understanding of the background and concepts of Fuel Tank Safety.
  • How in maintenance and CAMO organizations mechanics and other staff can recognize, interpret and handle the improvements that have been made or are being made during fuel tank system maintenance.
  • Be able to give a description of the concept of Fuel ALI and CDCCL and be able to identify them in the manufacturer’s documentation.
  • Awareness of any hazards working on the Fuel System, and especially with a Flammability Reduction Systems using nitrogen.

Addressed to:

  • This training is mandatory as follows:
  • CAMO: Personnel involved in continuing airworthiness management, and airworthiness review staff.
  • Part 145 organizations Personnel in aircraft and component shop maintenance organizations involved in maintenance task planning, all personnel carrying maintenance tasks on aircraft or components classified as Fuel Tank Safety items, support and certifying staff.
  • Part-66 licence holders The airworthiness review staff in a continuing airworthiness management organisation airworthiness. The Maintenance organisation support and certifying staff in aircraft and component maintenance organisations.

  • This course can be done from any device and any web browser.

Achievement time:

  • 30 days since receiving the keys to complete the course and the exam.
  • As soon as payment is received, the course will be activated.
  • A minimal score of 75% is indispensable to obtain the achievement certificate, having 2 opportunities to pass the exam.
