CONTINUING AIRWORTHINESS (REG. EU 1321/2014: PARTS M, ML, CAMO AND CAO) - REFRESHER

Regulation (EU) 1321/2014, among others, includes both the technical requirements for the continuing airworthiness of aircrafts, Parts M, ML and T, as well as the operational and administrative requirements that have to be meet by the organisations involved in the continuing airworthiness, Parts CAMO, CAO and 145 (last one is not the subject of this course, and neither are Parts 66 and 147).

This course has been designed, ONLY, for the latest modifications to the Continuing Airworthiness Rules: Regulations (EU) 2019/1383, 2020/270, 2020/1159, 2021/700 y 2021/1963.

Course objective:

Provide professional staff on the continuing airworthiness and aircraft operation sectors with a fully updated knowledge of the requirements contained in Regulation (EU) 1321/2014, on Continuing Airworthiness, so that they can:

  • To know the current regulatory framework in its most recent edition.
  • To know and implement the successive modifications of both the Technical Parts (M and ML) and the Organization Parts (CAMO and CAO).
  • To refresh the knowledge they have of aeronautical regulations.
  • To interact with the speaker and other attendees on the impact of the regulations in the specific cases that arise in each organization.
  • To prove to the competent authorities the updated knowledge of this Regulation.

Addressed to:

  • Managers of Continuing Airworthiness and Compliance Monitoring of organizations M.G / M.F / CAMO / CAO and Air Operators.
  • Personnel who already have previous training in Continuing Airworthiness: Familiarization with this Regulation is required, this course is developed at an advanced level of knowledge of the Regulation.
  • Managers and Responsible for Maintenance, Continuing Airworthiness and Compliance Monitoring who wish to refresh knowledge received some time ago.
  • Auditors in charge of supervising compliance with the requirements of this Rule that want to know the latest amendments to it.
  • Organization staff involved in the processes and procedures required by the Regulations to which it requires updated knowledge through a continuous training program.

Requirements:

  • It is recommended to have complete the initial course within a period not exceeding 4 years, unless a subsequent refresher course has been completed.
  • Before the start of the course it will be necessary to attach these certificates on the platform.

Technical Requirements:

  • This course can be done from any device and any web browser.

  • 100 € + VAT
  • Once the registration and payment have been confirmed, NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID OR OWNSERSHIP CHANGES WILL BE MADE.

Achievement time:

  • 30 days from the receipt of the keys to complete the course and exam.
  • As soon as payment is received, the course will be activated.
  • A minimal score of 75% is indispensable to obtain the achievement certificate, having 2 opportunities to pass the exam.
