RAMP INSPECTION INITIAL - THEORETICAL & PRACTICAL

The EU Ramp Inspection Programme is a mandatory safety program for the European Union Member States and other non-EU Member States that have signed working arrangements with EASA.

In order to be able to perform EU Ramp Inspections, the inspector must follow this specific initial training that covers all the topics described in AMC1.ARO. RAMP. 115.

The course takes 5 days, devoting 4 days to Initial Theoretical training and a 1 day to Practical training (on a real aircraft).

Objectives:

  • To get used to the mandatory regulatory requirements from the RI Programme
  • To learn the Inspection procedure, check list items, use of PDF and audit techniques
  • To apply the Best Practises to carry out the inspections
  • To know the Administrative tools (EASA Database) to manage the inspections

Technical requeriments virtual mode:

  • If you choose this modality, we inform you that the assistance will be by videoconference, except on the last day, which will be in person, in Madrid, to be able to do the practical part.
  • Cable connection preferably to avoid connection failures
  • MANDATORY webcam and headphones connected throughout the course (not use pc speaker to avoid coupling sound)

Addressed to:

  • CAA inspectors and inspectors from Agencies acting on behalf of NAAs with a background in Operations, Airworthiness, Passenger Cabin, flight dispatch or Dangerous Goods.
