UAS FLIGHT INTRODUCTION FOR KIDS & YOUTH ('UKIDS'-'UYOUTH')

This course aims to introduce boys and girls, and young people, to the world of drones, so that, from a young age, they are familiar with these aircraft and the applications they have or may have.

Beyond the guaranteed fun and entertainment that this course can offer to each and every one of the attendees, there is the attempt for this course to serve as a STEM initiation platform, which can serve as pragmatic guidance for the development of intellect, of the abilities and attitudes oriented to the Physical Sciences and Mathematics, to Engineering and to Technology in general.

• What can drones be used for? (Question that requires participation from attendees).
• How do drones fly?
• Issues to take into account when flying a drone.
• Contest: (The winner (or winners) of the contest will get a prize)
• For U-Kids: “Draw your own drone.”
• For U-Youth: Practice - “Fly a drone as a team”

Language: Spanish.

Duration: 3 hours (1 day, from 10:00 to 13:00) in groups of 20/25 students.

Place of delivery: in the school/institute facilities. Precondition: the course completion date will have to be coordinated and confirmed at least 15 days in advance to request all the corresponding permits.

Price: € 20.

To cancel your attendance, please send an email at least 7 days before the beginning of the course. This will allow you to receive a reimbursement of 90% of the price of the course (the remaining 10% will be considered as management costs).

In the case that cancellation is not communicated, or if it is done within a less-than-6 days period before the beginning of the course, no reimbursement shall be made to the student.

If you are unable to attend the course, as an alternative to cancellation you have the option of having someone else replacing you in your course registration. To do this, you must communicate their data by email letting us know the change at least 24 hours prior to the start date of the course. In this case, no amount will be refunded.

In case of cancellation due to force majeure accredited (death, accident, serious illness or hospitalization, in all of these cases, in his own person or to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity), the student shall be entitled to reimbursement.

In case that the minimum number of students is not reached, SENASA holds the right to cancel the course, and will make full reimbursement of the price already paid by the students.
