EASA AIR OPS – COMMERCIAL AIR TRANSPORT OPERATIONS FOR AEROPLANES

 

Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 of 5 October 2012 establishes technical requirements and administrative procedures in relation to air operations under Regulation (EC) No 2018/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council. It impacts the way National Aviation Authorities (NAAs) and operators work and demonstrate their compliance with the regulations. This course introduces in detail the regulation for Commercial Air Transport with Aeroplanes.

Course content:

  • Framework Regulation.
  • Annex I – Defintions.
  • Annex II: Part-ARO (Authority requirements for Air Operations).
  • Annex III: Part-ORO (Air operators requirements).
  • Annex IV: Part-CAT (Technical requirements for Commercial Air Transport operations with aeroplanes).
  • Annex V: Part-SPA (Requirements for Specific Approvals).

The course does not include:

  • CAT nor SPA for Helicopters.
  • Annex VI: Part-NCC (Technical requirements for non-commercial operations of complex motor-powered aircraft).
  • Annex VII: Part-NCO (Technical requirements for specific operations of other-than-complex motor-powered aircraft).
  • Annex VIII: Part-SPO (Technical requirements for the specialised operations, including commercial and non-commercial operations).

Course Objetive:

  • To familiarize participants with the requirements of the EASA Regulation Air Operations Implementing Rules for CAT operations with aeroplanes.

Addressed to:

  • Accountable Managers, Managers of flight operations, ground operations, training, safety, compliance monitoring, planning, loading and security of commercial air transport operators with aeroplanes.
  • All staff who, due to their responsibilities or functions, need to be familiar with the regulation on Air Operations.

Technical requeriments virtual mode

  • Cable connection preferably to avoid connection failures
  • MANDATORY webcam and headphones connected throughout the course (not use pc speaker to avoid coupling sound)
