The Aeronautical Safety Management of SENASA is the unit responsible for, among others, providing support to the General Secretariat for the Prevention of Pollution and Climate Change in New Weather Developments and the Implementation of the Single European Sky. The most relevant activities include the execution of inspections, audits, certification, standardization, technical studies, environmental impact assessments and technical assistance in general.
In the case of its support to the ANSMET, SENASA is a benchmark since it has a specialized technical team in meteorology. The experience of this group is based on the work done for the National Supervisory Authorities (NSAs) of Spain, in the participation in international projects and in the fields of education, research and development and consulting.
